Le Creuset’s new Signature Cast Iron Bread Oven can be used to achieve artisanal quality breads with deeply browned, chewy exteriors and an open, airy crumb. This specialized bread cloche has a bell-shaped lid that traps steam and heat for improved oven spring and even browning.

The base pan has a 9.5″ diameter with black enamel and raised interior rings that promote an even bake, while leaving a decorative “brand” on your loaves. Wide loop handles and oven-safe stainless knob give you plenty of control in and out of the oven.

The Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Bread Oven is made in France and includes the manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty. Measures 12.75″ l x 9.8″ w x 7″ h.
