Simply open the hinged lid, use the adjusting wheel to set the desired width of the cut and place the vegetable or fruit into the container. Then close the lid, turn the crank handle (while gently pressing down), and the fruit or veggie spirals will fall into the non-slip holding container. Long spirals are easily produced with two high-strength cutting blades made of hardened stainless steel that work together in perfect unison, leaving very little wasted food behind. The built-in cutting blades can be easily turned to cut 4 different widths: 3mm, 6mm, 12mm or ribbon cuts.
