This three-piece set includes an 18/8 stainless steel sauce pan with impact bonded cooking base and long handle, an 18/8 stainless steel insert with long handle and a fitted, tempered glass lid. The insert has a rounded bottom for easy stirring and gentle, consistent heat across the cooking surface. The sauce pan base is made from magnetic stainless steel with a fast-conducting aluminum core, and can be used separately with the lid for general cooking.
