The Bonavita Enthusiast 8 Cup Drip Coffee Brewer is built around the faultless 1900TS series design, with a potent 1500 WATT heating system that quickly powers water temperature to the optimal brewing range of 195 to 205 degrees F (typically very close to 200 F). A pre-infusion mode mimics the artisan pour-over brewing method, while the large showerhead ensures a very even extraction. All together, the Enthusiast delivers a full-flavored 8-cup carafe with balanced flavors and excellent brew strength in under 8 minutes.
