Chef’n Artichokester

The Chef’n Artichokester is great solution to one of culinary prep’s trickiest (and tastiest) vegetables. It quickly saws through the tough outer leaves to reveal the tender heart of the artichoke. There is also an integrated scoop that quickly and cleanly removes the thistley silk (called the choke) from the center.
