The large Rectangle Baking Stone is made of all natural materials and is manufactured using Emile Henry’s proprietary Flame technology. It can be used for pizzas and breads, searing fish and other delicate foods, or for use as a griddle. The stone features two side handles that are easy to use even when wearing bulky mitts, it’s light-weight and cleans easily. The stone is not for use on the stove top.
