The rack has a generous size that can cradle beef and pork roasts up to 14″ long or poultry as large as a small turkey. For ribs, the rack can be flipped to hold up to 5 racks upright. Whatever you’re making, the Rib & Roasting Rack will make sure there is enough airflow so meats cook evenly and all surface areas brown nicely and pick up a rich, smokey flavor.
