Regency cooking twine is heavy duty, 16-ply, 100% cotton Butcher’s Twine used for meat fabrication, searing and roasting (as well as many other uses around the home). Also great for tying “en papillote” preparations, sachets d’epices and bundling herbs for easy retrieval from stocks. This type of butcher’s string has excellent grip, and high tensile strength that will hold throughout the cooking process. 1 pound cone.
