The Shun Dual Core 6″ Utility/Butchery Knife has a narrow blade with a fine tip, making it very agile and giving it great control. This advanced blade is forged like other Dual Core Series knives, with a shape that works well to remove poultry, fish and meat bones, plus a variety of all-purpose cutting and slicing. The 6″ Utility/Butchery Knife includes a traditional wood storage sheath, complimentary factory resharpening for the life of the blade and a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. Hand washing recommended. Measures 11.8″ l x 1.6″ w x .8″ h.
