Shun Premier 8 Kiritsuke Knife

The Shun Premier 8″ Kiritsuke is a multi-purpose knife that is similar to a Western Chef’s knife. It can be used for expert slicing, chopping, dicing, and push cuts, as well as more intricate work such as brunoise and julienne cuts. The Shun Premier 8″ Kiritsuke Knife is forged with a thin, Damascus-style blade with hammered finish and a carbon steel cutting core made from Shun’s proprietary VG-MAX super steel. All Shun Premier knives include free lifetime sharpening and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
