The 7″ Santoku is the traditional Japanese primary knife that’s known for clean slicing, straight chopping, and precise performance. It makes an excellent, highly versatile choice for most prep work. The Premier series is forged with a thin, Damascus-style blade with a hammered finish and a carbon steel cutting core made from Shun’s proprietary VG-MAX super steel.
