The Vitamix Ascent X4 High-Performance Blender is the refined successor to the top-of-the-line Ascent model, and it gives you everything you want.Silky smoothies, chunky dips, rich nut butters, flaky crusts, frozen treats and cocktails, or hot soups – with the Ascent X4, it’s all on the menu!

Design upgrades include a premium metal wrapped motor base with a glass flat-panel touch interface. With fewer seams, it’s an incredibly clean look that’s also incredibly easy to keep clean. The Ascent X4 also includes a new 48-oz container with a soft-grip handle that optimizes blending performance for the preparations home cooks use most.

The X series retains Vitamix Self-Detect technology and is still compatible with other Self-Detect blending containers and accessories. The X4 lets you scroll through 5 preset recipe programs for Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Hot Soup, Frozen Cocktails, and Dips & Spreads, or you can use the dial to select the variable speed of your choice.

A convenient new +15 second feature lets you add blending time with a touch. And the X4 even lets you know when tamping is a good idea. And speaking of the tamper, the new Tamper Storage caddy can be attached to either side of the motor base, helping you keep things neat.

The Ascent X4 is powered by a robust 2.2 peak horsepower motor, spinning a laser-cut, stainless-steel hammermill and cutting blades at speeds that will process even the toughest ingredients into super-smooth consistencies. The all-metal drive system ensures that silky green smoothies, frozen desserts, purees, and nut butters are just seconds away.
